Quiz Bowl Team Places Third
at Miege
Congratulations to 7th Graders John C.,
Sean M., Mark P., and Spencer S. for their third place finish
at the Bishop Miege Quiz Kids tournament held Wednesday, October
19th. Teams of seventh and eighth graders from fourteen Catholic
schools competed in the double elimination tournament that
consisted of questions from Social Studies, Language Arts,
Math, Science, Sports, and Current Events.
The Sacred Heart Team posted wins over St. Anne and St. Joseph
schools on their way to the third place finish. Holy Trinity
and Prince of Peace were champion and runner-up respectively.
