Glass full of green smoothie

Here is another healthy recipe!

Green Smoothie:

makes 3-4 small or 2 large servings


- 1 apple, cored

- 1 pear, cored

- 1 banana 

-  2 large handfuls of fresh spinach

- 8-12 oz. of pure coconut water (may use plain water)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth. May add additional coconut water or plain water to desired consistency. May serve over ice. Enjoy!
